Prices may be delayed, wrong or missing. Verify anything you intend to act on with your broker before you act on it. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions.
The agreement
These terms are between you and HotnSpicy.Pro LLC, who provides StockHealth. By using the app or the website you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
What StockHealth is
A visualisation of publicly available market data: a treemap in which each tile is a company sized by market value and colored by how it moved. It is an information and education tool. It is not a broker, does not execute trades, does not hold money, and has no connection to any account you hold anywhere else.
About the data

Prices are provided by third parties and are delayed. The board refreshes about once a minute while the market is open, and the figure you see can be a couple of minutes behind the market. Nothing in the app is a real-time quote of record — check with your broker before acting on any number here.

Data can be incomplete, interrupted or wrong — a provider outage, a corporate action or a bad tick can all change what you see.
•
Market capitalisation is calculated by us as shares outstanding multiplied by the latest price. It is an estimate.
•
Index membership and sector classifications come from public sources and may lag real changes.
•
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of anything shown.
Your account
You need an account only for watchlists and favorites. Keep control of the Google or Apple account you sign in with — anyone who can use it can use your StockHealth account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13. Tell us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
•
Scrape, resell or redistribute the market data, or use the app to build a competing data feed.
•
Attempt to break, overload or probe the service, or to reach data belonging to other users.
•
Use automated tools to hammer the app beyond ordinary personal use.
•
Reverse engineer the app except where the law expressly permits it.
•
Use the service unlawfully, or where doing so would breach your local regulations.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things, and may rate-limit or block traffic that threatens the service for everyone else.
Subscriptions and payment

The core heatmap is free. Pro adds features such as watchlists, favorites and intraday replay.
•
Subscriptions bought in the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. We never see your card details.
•
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings — cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the period you paid for ends.
•
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue a refund for a purchase we did not take payment for, but tell us if something went wrong and we will help you pursue it.
•
Prices and the contents of the Pro tier may change. We will not change what you have already paid for mid-period.
Availability
The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature entirely, we will give reasonable notice.
Third-party content
The app displays data from third parties and links to external sites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Attribution and licensing for each source is listed on the About & legal screen in the app.
Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any trading or investment loss, lost profit, or indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only so far as permitted.
Ending it
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if we discontinue the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and for material changes we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
